Phoenix radio are raising £5,000 to re-launch a regular community radio show supporting all issues relating to mental health – can you help?

Healthy Minds is an organisation led by people who have personal experience of emotional distress. They believe that mental health is one aspect of a person’s life, not what defines them. Phoenix Radio have worked with Healthy Minds to showcase this for the last 4 years.
